Each module has a defined role and combines with the others in listed ways, allowing a small project to focus on one function or a larger garden to build a complete sequence of changing, sauna and bathing. The corner arrangement can respond to boundaries or create a sheltered courtyard feel. Once modules are selected, however, their openings, roof lines and equipment positions become a coordinated structure. Sauna heat, hot-tub heat, water treatment, drainage and electricity remain separate systems that must retain safe clearances and independent maintenance access.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Seven modules with published dimensions and weights<\/h2>\n

Modular Spa is the catalogue\u2019s clearest system product. Module A is a sauna, B a dressing room and C a covered hot tub; AB, AC and ABC combine them in straight or corner plans. Each module is about 2,490 \u00d7 2,100 mm and approximately 650 kg, so the two-part systems are around 1,300 kg and the three-part systems around 1,950 kg. This modular arithmetic makes foundation and delivery planning more transparent than a vague custom building.<\/p>\n

Buy only the modules that solve the daily sequence<\/h2>\n

A is the pure sauna. AB adds dry changing and storage without a tub. C is the standalone covered hot-tub pavilion. AC gives the direct hot-cold\/wet wellness pairing but no dedicated changing room. ABC is the complete guest journey; the straight layout suits a long boundary and the corner version creates a courtyard. More modules add foundation area, delivery lifts and maintenance interfaces. Choose the route people will use every week rather than the most complete diagram. For Module C, decide wood versus 6 kW electric heat before services are routed.<\/p>\n

Included systems are different in each module<\/h2>\n

Sauna Module A includes the panoramic window, glass door, Thermo-Aspen benches, black metal roof and LED\/dimmer; the heater is selected separately. Dressing Module B carries the same architectural language without heat. Hot-tub Module C includes cover, air massage, LED and sand filter, then requires the heater choice. Wood heat provides stronger cold-fill recovery and chimney work; 6 kW electric is cleaner but slow for a cold 1,800 mm tub. Each module needs independent service access even when visually joined.<\/p>\n

      The sauna and hot tub run on different clocks<\/h2>\n

      Do not promise one readiness time for AC or ABC. The sauna heater warms air, timber and stones; the tub heater raises well over a tonne of water. A 6 kW tub heater is suited to scheduled holding rather than rapid cold-fill response, whereas the integrated wood stove follows fuel and weather. The 4\u20136-person sauna\u2019s time depends on glazing and selected Harvia model. Commission each system separately, then build an operating routine that sequences filtration, bathing, ventilation and drying.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

      Freeze the module plan before foundations and service trenches<\/h2>\n

      Mark the exact chosen arrangement on the site, including door swings, steps, heater access and circulation between wet and dry zones. Design the base for varying loads, particularly beneath a filled hot tub, and route water away from timber thresholds. Confirm how each module will be delivered and joined, with space for lifting and weatherproofing. Electrical supply, chimneys, ventilation, drainage and filtration should be coordinated on one service drawing.
