TimberIN Nordic Square Mobile Sauna™

From: 6,208

TimberIN Nordic Square Mobile Sauna™. Nordic Square Mobile Sauna places a straight-sided hot room on a trailer platform, with lengths from 2000 to 5000 mm and spruce or Thermowood exterior choices. The upright walls provide familiar bench geometry and useful headroom for rentals, events or changing venues. Length affects guest capacity but also completed mass, axle design, heater demand, turning room and the practical routes available. Towing, registration and road use must follow the final documents for the selected build. Square Mobile Sauna uses 2,000/3,000/4,000/5,000 mm bodies in spruce or Thermowood on braked single-axle (up to 1,800 kg; not recommended at 5 m) or double-axle (up to 2,000 kg) trailers. M3/M3 SL/20 Pro/20 SL wood heat, 9/11 kW electric heat, dressing rooms, side entry, panoramic glass, lighting, guard, roof colours and secured stairs are live. Fixed-family weights are about 800–1,700 kg before chassis certification.

Product Description

Straight-walled sauna space on a mobile platform · Trailer-based outdoor sauna

TimberIN Nordic Square Mobile Sauna™: two to five metres of transportable room for professional use

Mobile architecture that prioritises usable interior geometry

A square room makes efficient use of trailer width and offers straightforward wall surfaces for benches, glazing and controls. Short versions are easier to manoeuvre and bring to temperature; longer versions provide more guest space but require a correspondingly capable chassis, heater and tow plan. The exterior timber gives the mobile unit its public identity and must withstand repeated weather and road exposure. Wood-fired and electric packages create different operating demands at each destination, so the intended venue infrastructure should influence the build from the outset.

A rectangular mobile room with less weight margin than the option list suggests

Square Mobile brings the documented rectangular sauna family onto a trailer. The fixed bodies rise from roughly 800 kg at 2 metres to 1,700 kg at 5 metres before the mobile chassis, stones, heater and road equipment are certified. That leaves little room for assumptions against an 1,800 or 2,000 kg trailer rating. The straight walls offer efficient benches and easier internal partitioning, while overall width, height and centre of gravity require precise transport engineering.

Live lengths 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 or 5,000 mm
Fixed-family occupancy Approximately 2–4 / 4–6 / 6–8 / 8–10 people before subdivisions
Fixed-family dry-weight context Approximately 800 / 1,100 / 1,400 / 1,700 kg before mobile certification
Body width/height context Approximately 2,340 mm wide and 2,450 mm high before chimney; verify mobile build
Single axle Braked, stated up to 1,800 kg; not recommended for 5 m
Double axle Braked, stated up to 2,000 kg
Wood heat M3/M3 SL for smaller rooms; 20 Pro/20 SL for larger rooms
Electric heat 9 kW or 11 kW according to final hot-room volume

The 5-metre option is a transport project, not simply the roomiest choice

Two and three metres suit the greatest range of towing and venue situations. Four metres can accommodate a dressing room or larger group with careful axle design. Five metres is not recommended with the single axle and may consume most of a double-axle rating before extras. Side entry can improve event flow; panoramic glass helps marketing and adds heat loss/mass. The heater must fit the remaining hot-room volume after any partition. Select axle configuration only after the full empty-mass calculation.

Treat every option as mass, heat loss and setup time

A dressing room improves mobile hospitality and reduces heated length. Panoramic glass improves outlook and requires protection during travel. LEDs and entrance lights need shore power; electric heaters may require a supply unavailable at many venues. Wood heat is more autonomous but introduces chimney assembly, ash and safe cool-down. Secured stairs and a heater fence are operationally valuable. Roof components, stones and loose items need inspection before every move, and the plated axle loads must include them.

What the current configurator identifies as included

Basic parts: (1) 2 small windows in the rear wall; (2) Benches as in pictures; (3) Entrance door with a small window; (4) Ventilation · Trailer with the double axle with brakes (total weight up to 2000 kg) · Trailer with a single axle with brakes (total weight up to 1800 kg, not recommended for 5 m saunas) · Stairs for sauna with a special fixing

Included equipment is valuable because it establishes a usable baseline. Displayed builds may contain additional systems, so the accepted quotation should repeat every included item.

Wood burning Harvia heaters

  • Recommended for 2 – 4 meter sauna room: Harvia M3 + chimney (already included)
  • Recommended for 2 – 4 meter sauna room: Harvia M3 SL + chimney (logs loaded from outside instead of inside)
  • Recommended for 4 – 5 meter sauna room: Harvia 20 PRO + chimney
  • Recommended for 4 – 5 meter sauna room: Harvia 20 SL + chimney (logs loaded from outside instead of inside)
  • Need different wood burning stove? Contact us!

Advantages: Harvia wood-burning heaters provide the traditional fire-and-stone sauna experience. M3 suits the smaller listed rooms, while 20 PRO serves the larger range; SL versions move log loading outside, keeping bark and ash out of the hot room.

Electric Harvia heaters

  • Recommended for 2 – 3 meter sauna room: Cilindro 9 kW (PC90) with an integrated control unit (already included)
  • Recommended for 4 meter sauna room: Cilindro 11 kW (PC110XE) including a separate control unit
  • Need different electric stove? Contact us!

Advantages: A Cilindro electric heater offers repeatable thermostat control, no indoor fuel storage and a straightforward start-up routine. The listed 9 or 11 kW choices allow output to follow the actual heated sauna-room volume.

Configuration

  • Dressing room 1 m (included in total sauna`s length)
  • Dressing room 1.5 m (included in total sauna`s length)
  • Glass door between sauna and dressing rooms
  • Panoramic window (glass area 50%)
  • Panoramic window (glass area 100%)
  • Side entrance
  • Custom configuration needed? Please send us your sketch

Advantages: A dressing room creates a dry transition area, a canopy provides shelter outside, and side-entry or U-bench layouts can make the sauna work with a particular view and garden approach.

Accessories

  • Electric installation. Few LED lights under the benches
  • 2 Harvia lamps above the entrance door (both sides)
  • Wooden fence in front of heater

Advantages: Heat-rated LED or Harvia lighting improves safe use after dark, a correctly matched water tank can provide warm water with a wood heater, and a timber heater fence creates a clear physical boundary around hot surfaces.

Roof color

  • Black tiles
  • Brown tiles
  • Green tiles

Advantages: Roof colour lets the sauna sit deliberately within the garden scheme without changing the room plan or bathing experience.

Warm-up is only one part of the venue turnaround

A mobile schedule must include levelling, steps, chimney or power connection, room heating, safe use, ventilation, cooling and road preparation. The technical family gives heater recommendations rather than minutes. Record real warm-up for the selected insulated/glazed room at winter temperatures and advertise that conservative result. Never leave a wood stove hot for travel or close designed ventilation to recover lost time.

Engineer every setup to be repeatable

Use the supplied completed-build data to confirm tow vehicle, licence, insurance, registration, axle loading and dimensional limits. Survey access, turns, gradients and firm parking at planned venues. Establish a written process for stabilising the trailer, deploying steps and chimney or power, checking ventilation, controlling guests and cooling the unit before departure. Choose length from viable routes and normal booking size rather than maximum theoretical capacity. Inspect timber, fixings, wheels and heater components regularly because movement adds stresses absent from a fixed garden sauna.

Before production: TimberIN products are individually made, so published measurements are approximate. Confirm the selected live variation, final dimensions, included equipment, service requirements, delivery method and any critical tolerances in the accepted written quotation. Photographs may show optional equipment.
