Product Description
Straight-walled sauna space on a mobile platform · Trailer-based outdoor sauna
TimberIN Nordic Square Mobile Sauna™: two to five metres of transportable room for professional use
Mobile architecture that prioritises usable interior geometry
A square room makes efficient use of trailer width and offers straightforward wall surfaces for benches, glazing and controls. Short versions are easier to manoeuvre and bring to temperature; longer versions provide more guest space but require a correspondingly capable chassis, heater and tow plan. The exterior timber gives the mobile unit its public identity and must withstand repeated weather and road exposure. Wood-fired and electric packages create different operating demands at each destination, so the intended venue infrastructure should influence the build from the outset.
A rectangular mobile room with less weight margin than the option list suggests
Square Mobile brings the documented rectangular sauna family onto a trailer. The fixed bodies rise from roughly 800 kg at 2 metres to 1,700 kg at 5 metres before the mobile chassis, stones, heater and road equipment are certified. That leaves little room for assumptions against an 1,800 or 2,000 kg trailer rating. The straight walls offer efficient benches and easier internal partitioning, while overall width, height and centre of gravity require precise transport engineering.

The 5-metre option is a transport project, not simply the roomiest choice
Two and three metres suit the greatest range of towing and venue situations. Four metres can accommodate a dressing room or larger group with careful axle design. Five metres is not recommended with the single axle and may consume most of a double-axle rating before extras. Side entry can improve event flow; panoramic glass helps marketing and adds heat loss/mass. The heater must fit the remaining hot-room volume after any partition. Select axle configuration only after the full empty-mass calculation.

Warm-up is only one part of the venue turnaround
A mobile schedule must include levelling, steps, chimney or power connection, room heating, safe use, ventilation, cooling and road preparation. The technical family gives heater recommendations rather than minutes. Record real warm-up for the selected insulated/glazed room at winter temperatures and advertise that conservative result. Never leave a wood stove hot for travel or close designed ventilation to recover lost time.
Engineer every setup to be repeatable
Use the supplied completed-build data to confirm tow vehicle, licence, insurance, registration, axle loading and dimensional limits. Survey access, turns, gradients and firm parking at planned venues. Establish a written process for stabilising the trailer, deploying steps and chimney or power, checking ventilation, controlling guests and cooling the unit before departure. Choose length from viable routes and normal booking size rather than maximum theoretical capacity. Inspect timber, fixings, wheels and heater components regularly because movement adds stresses absent from a fixed garden sauna.
Before production: TimberIN products are individually made, so published measurements are approximate. Confirm the selected live variation, final dimensions, included equipment, service requirements, delivery method and any critical tolerances in the accepted written quotation. Photographs may show optional equipment.
