Nordic Nomad: plan the sauna and trailer together
The TimberIN Nordic Nomad™ is a mobile round barrel sauna on a road-legal, braked two-axle trailer: 2, 3, 4 or 5 m long, in spruce or Thermowood, for 2–10 people. It is the same barrel as our Nordic Barrel™ Classic, built to move between locations. One Harvia heater is included: the M3 wood-burning stove with chimney or the Cilindro PC90 9 kW electric heater, with upgrades to choose from. Compare it with our other mobile saunas.
The starting price is for the sauna without a trailer. For mobile use, specify the cabin and chassis together: the final mass, transport dimensions, equipment and trailer documents determine compatibility.
Four lengths and their seating capacity

These capacities apply to an undivided sauna room and are not a guarantee of identical comfort for every group. User size, spacing and the final bench layout matter.
The family specification gives an internal diameter of approximately 2,160 mm and bench depth of approximately 500 mm. The external measurements of the mobile version are slightly reduced so that it fits on the trailer and in the delivery truck; use the final drawing for critical measurements of the cabin and completed trailer unit.

Exactly one heater is chosen, wood-burning or electric: M3 and PC90 are alternative base heaters, not two appliances included together. Photographs show different configurations; the accepted order determines what is supplied.
Wood-fired and electric Harvia heating
Wood heating
M3 is the included wood route for a sauna room of approximately 2–4 m. M3 SL moves log loading outside. The 20 PRO and 20 SL are options for larger rooms of approximately 4–5 m; PRO loads inside and SL outside. Plan fuel handling, chimney position and protection from the exact manual.
Electric heating
The Harvia Cilindro PC90 9 kW with integrated controls is the included electric route for approximately 2–3 m rooms. Upgrades: the Cilindro PC90XW WiFi Steel 9 kW (£819) and the Legend PO110FC WiFi 10.8 kW in black (£1,190) for larger rooms. Confirm the size from the final hot-room volume.

The source gives nominal outputs of 16.5 kW for M3/M3 SL and 24.1 kW for 20 PRO/20 SL. Room-length labels are guides: the remaining heated volume, glazing, insulation and final plan determine the actual heater selection.
Harvia lists the Cilindro PC90 and PC90XW for 400 V three-phase (3 × 16 A fuses, 5 × 2.5 mm² cable) and the PC90 also for 230 V single-phase (1 × 40 A, 3 × 10 mm²); the Legend PO110FC is a 400 V three-phase heater. A qualified electrician must confirm the electrical supply, cable, protection and isolation from the actual heater manual and site installation. For wood heating, the stove, flue, protection and clearances must follow the supplied instructions.
Glazing, access and interior layout
Choose one rear window: the standard window, 50% panorama or full panorama, all at no extra cost. On the 3, 4 and 5 m models a glazed door may separate the changing room and hot room, and a 1 m terrace with side benches can be included within the selected overall length.
A custom arrangement can be discussed from a sketch. Decide the partitions and entry before finalising capacity and heating. No undocumented thermal performance is attributed to a panorama percentage.
The family reference gives approximately 450 × 640 mm for a standard window, 1,080 × 2,160 mm for a 50% panorama and 2,160 mm diameter for full panorama glazing. Confirm the exact windows on the ordered drawing.
Accessories and finish
Complete insulation with decorative wood panelling is an option for your length: £1,650 for 2–3 m, £2,640 for 4–5 m. Other options are steps with a special fixing (£290), under-bench LEDs (£290), two Harvia lamps above the entrance door (£290), a stainless steel water tank for the wood-burning heaters (£280) and a wooden fence in front of the heater (£90). Black, brown and green roof tiles are available. Most option groups accept several choices or “None”; trailer, heater, rear window, roof colour and shipping take one. The option list and accepted order take precedence over photographs.

The trailer length is matched to the sauna length. When the sauna is ordered with the trailer, it is delivered mounted on it: because of the truck’s height limit the trailer wheels are removed for transport, and a crane or forklift on site lifts the sauna off the truck, refits the wheels and sets the trailer down. Original trailer documents are supplied. Confirm any registration requirements, towing-vehicle suitability, licence, insurance and destination rules from the final unit documentation. The arrangements must be agreed for the actual country of use.
Factory-assembled delivery
The sauna is supplied factory-assembled; there is no flat-packed kit. Delivery is quoted separately from the postcode, and a crane or forklift must be arranged on site. Check the route to the unloading point and final location using the completed unit dimensions. Agree the lifting method before dispatch.
Before production, bring together the interior drawing, remaining hot-room length, heater, glazing, trailer specification, final mass and dimensions, electrical or chimney requirements and unloading arrangements. Approved plans and equipment manuals govern critical dimensions and installation details.

Which lengths and timbers are available?
Four total lengths — 2, 3, 4 and 5 m — in spruce or Thermowood.
How many people can use it?
For an undivided sauna room: 2–4, 4–6, 6–8 or 8–10 people respectively. Partitions or a terrace reduce practical capacity.
Does a changing room or terrace add to the total length?
No. A 1 or 1.5 m changing room or 1 m terrace uses part of the selected total length on the 3, 4 and 5 m models, reducing the heated room and bench space.
What equipment is included?
Benches, one standard rear window, an entrance door with a small window, ventilation and one Harvia heater chosen in the Heater group (M3 or PC90 at no extra cost, or an upgrade).
Are M3 and PC90 included together?
No. Choose one M3 wood stove with chimney or one PC90 9 kW electric heater as the included base route.
Which wood heaters are available?
M3 or M3 SL for approximately 2–4 m sauna rooms, and 20 PRO or 20 SL for approximately 4–5 m rooms. SL versions load from outside; confirm suitability from the final heated volume.
Which electric heaters are offered?
The Harvia Cilindro PC90 9 kW with integrated controls is included, for approximately 2–3 m hot rooms. Upgrades: the Cilindro PC90XW WiFi Steel 9 kW (£819) and the Legend PO110FC WiFi 10.8 kW in black (£1,190). Confirm final sizing from the hot-room volume.
Which glazing and access options are offered?
One rear window: standard, 50% panorama or 100% panorama, at no extra cost. On the 3, 4 and 5 m models: one changing room, a glazed dividing door (with a changing room) and a terrace, defined on the approved plan.
Is the trailer included in the starting price?
No. The braked two-axle trailer is an option (£4,450); without it the sauna is supplied as a static barrel sauna.
Which trailers are offered?
One braked two-axle platform trailer with floor, EU category O2, up to 2,000 kg total weight, for every length (£4,450). It comes with a Certificate of Conformity for registration.
How is the electric installation prepared?
Harvia lists the Cilindro PC90 and PC90XW for 400 V three-phase with 3 × 16 A fuses and a 5 × 2.5 mm² cable; the PC90 also runs on 230 V single-phase (1 × 40 A, 3 × 10 mm²). The Legend PO110FC is a 400 V three-phase heater. A qualified electrician must design the supply, cable, protection and isolation from the actual Harvia heater manual and site conditions.
Are trailer documents supplied?
Original trailer documents are supplied. Confirm the requirements for the intended destination and the final unit, including towing suitability, insurance and any registration.
How is the sauna delivered?
Factory assembled (no kit). With the trailer it arrives mounted on it, wheels removed for transport; a crane or forklift is needed on site. Transport is quoted separately from the postcode.
