By placing the wood-fired heater within the tub, this model keeps the overall installation visually compact and removes the exposed flow-and-return pipes associated with an external stove. That advantage comes with an honest trade-off: the heater and protective guard use some internal space, so nominal capacity should not be read as identical to a clear, heater-free shell. A hybrid selection adds electric support to the wood-fired system and can make temperature management more flexible, but it also introduces an electrical service that must be planned correctly.

The compact outline and the capacity figure need to be read together

This model is compact because the stainless snorkel heater is within the tub, not because the shell is tiny. The linked Wellness Basic drawing describes a 1,800 mm interior and a 2,000 mm exterior with 1,500 litres of water. It also gives a nominal 6–8 bathers, whereas the current product title says four people. The AISI 316 snorkel option is the simplest configuration: direct wood heat, no separate external stove and no exposed flow-and-return pipes. The water-side heater and guard reduce usable room and require deliberate supervision. Hybrid wood-and-electric heating can hold or recover temperature more predictably and may suit frequent users, but it needs a correctly designed electrical circuit as well as all normal wood-stove clearances. Build the safety and water-care package around the internal stove

The included drink-holder fence, B-type stairs and paddle establish a useful baseline. A stainless heater lid and chimney guard are especially relevant where children or guests will be present, although neither makes hot metal safe to touch. This tub carries less water, but an internal stove must be submerged to the required level before lighting, dry fuel and an effective cover are essential, and wind or near-freezing feed water can lengthen the session considerably.

Allow for bathing room, guarding and chimney access

Position the tub so the firebox can be loaded without reaching across bathers and so the chimney can rise through a safe, unobstructed zone. Keep children and guests away from hot metalwork and follow the supplied guarding and clearance instructions. The selected diameter should be judged with the internal heater in mind, particularly if four adults will use the tub regularly.     We are so happy with our hot tub! We took delivery of it around a month ago, and we loved it from the minute it arrived – more beautiful than we expected. We love the colour, the wood smells gorgeous, and it looks perfect. We are gradually learning how to manage the temperature with the wood stoked fire, but that’s part of the fun, how it is so natural.
    The communication from the day of order to day of delivery was top-notch. Whenever I made contact with you, your reply was almost immediate.
    Your driver was polite and on time (even early!) And helped us place the tub ready for unpacking.
    Overall super service – a real treat for us to enjoy and would highly recommend. *****

    Thank you, we received the device that prevents the tub from freezing in de winter in good condition.

    We have used the hottub every weekend and we love it, the third button is places so the bubbles are working to.
