TimberIN Nordic™ Snorkel Compact

TimberIN Nordic™ Snorkel Compact is a round fibreglass hot tub built around a wood stove inside the bathing area. This avoids a separate stove beside the tub, but the stove occupies part of the seating circle.

Approximate manufacturer dimensions are 1,800 mm internally, 2,000 mm externally and 950 mm high, with 1,500 litres and a stated capacity of 6–8 bathers. Actual comfort depends on the group and the space occupied by the stove.

Choose four timber finishes with an internal AISI 316 stove or wood heating supported by a 6 kW electric heater and thermostat. Covers, filtration, massage, LEDs and Smart SPA controls are selectable. Wall and bottom insulation is offered at no extra charge in the UK selector; confirm every item in the final summary.

Product Description

An internal stove in a round fibreglass tub

Snorkel Compact places the wood stove inside the tub behind its protective fence. The arrangement reduces the need for separate heating equipment beside the shell, while using part of the bathing space. It is the larger of the two similarly named Snorkel models: do not confuse it with Nordic Compact Snorkel, which has a 1,550 mm internal diameter.

Capacity is a manufacturer guide rather than a guarantee of equal comfort for every adult group. Dimensions are approximate for this handmade product; use the accepted final drawing for access and base design.

Internal wood heating or wood with electric support

The UK selector offers an internal AISI 316 wood stove or a hybrid combining wood heating with a 6 kW electric heater and thermostat. The source does not establish the wood-stove output for this model; it should not be inferred from a different Snorkel tub.

For hybrid heating, confirm voltage, phases, current and the supplied wiring information before a qualified electrician designs the installation. No fixed heating time is specified. Starting water temperature, weather, cover use and operating conditions all affect warm-up.

Four exterior woods and six shell colours

The UK timber choices are spruce, larch, Thermowood and oak. Choose white RAL 9001, blue RAL 5012 or grey RAL 7015, or the premium blue pearl 7700, grey pearl 7730 or granite 9001 finishes at the supplements shown. Timber grain and colour vary naturally.

Included equipment, covers and insulation

The included-equipment group lists type B steps, a wooden heater fence with drinks holder and a mixing paddle. Confirm the equipment in the accepted order; photographs may show selected extras.

Choose an insulated leather cover or the wooden edge and lid. The wooden option is not offered in larch or oak. Wall and bottom insulation is a zero-price choice in the UK group, and should be confirmed in the final configuration.

Spa equipment and controls

Massage and lighting

Air massage, hydromassage and either two or four LEDs are selectable. Exact jet layouts and lighting modes depend on the supplied equipment.

Filtration

The UK option is a sand filter with a wooden box. Confirm the actual pump and connections. There is no UV selection on this product, even if older illustrations show one.

Smart SPA

Wi-Fi control modules cover air massage, water massage, filtration and electric heating. The corresponding equipment must also be selected.

Stove accessories

An ash shovel, chimney guard and heater cover are separately available. Confirm the final compatible set.

Base, drain and delivery access

Use a stable, level base designed for the filled tub, users and equipment. The approximate empty weight does not represent the installed load. Leave working space for steps, the cover, filtration and stove operation.

The source describes a PVC drain assembly approximately 400–920 mm long with 45/50 mm dimensions, an external 25 mm AISI 316 connection and quick-connect references of 12.5/15 mm. The UK selector lists a bottom drain, an optional tap and an optional adapter. Confirm the exact supplied fittings and discharge route.

Indicative main package dimensions are 2,100 × 1,220 × 2,200 mm at approximately 150 kg. The type B steps are packed separately at approximately 1,000 × 800 × 900 mm. Confirm the final packing orientation, overall transport size and assembly requirements before planning access.

Confirm the delivery address, vehicle access, unloading arrangements and movement to the final base before ordering. The UK selector has no separate driver-unloading option; do not assume delivery includes final positioning.

Care and warranty

Care for exterior timber with suitable oil at least annually, adjusted to its finish and exposure. Follow the supplied water, filter and heater instructions, including frost protection. The FR source states a 24-month warranty subject to the applicable conditions. Inspect delivery and record transport damage promptly.

Choose this model for the larger internal-stove Snorkel layout. Compare External Comfort for an external stove, Core for integrated heating, or Rojal for a different bathing layout.
