A square hot tub built for a bigger group
TimberIN Nordic Square™ is a square polypropylene hot tub with rounded inner corners and a bench that runs right round the tub. The square shape gives more sitting room than a round tub of the same width, so the whole family or a group of friends can sit back without bumping knees – it is a natural choice for large gardens, holiday lets and hospitality projects.

All sizes stand about 1,050 mm high and hold roughly 1,570 to 4,000 litres, depending on the size and benches. Large A+ wooden steps are included with every tub.
Choose your heating
Every size and cladding comes with the same eleven heating options, so you can pick what suits your garden and your routine:
- Wood-fired – an external stove beside the tub that leaves the whole bench free, or an internal snorkel stove for a compact set-up. Both are AISI 316 stainless steel.
- Electric – a 6 kW heater on a normal single-phase supply, with 9, 12 or 15 kW versions on three-phase for faster heating.
- Hybrid – either stove with the electric heater, or either stove with a heat pump that can also cool the water in summer. Heat up quickly with the fire, then keep the temperature without feeding it.
- Pellet – an external 30 kW pellet stove you control from your phone.
- Gas or the Rexener PR200 bioheater.
- Connections for your own heater – 50 mm connections with shut-off valves, if you already have a heating system to link to.
Cladding and finish
The outside comes in spruce, larch, Thermowood, oak, or low-maintenance WPC in black or brown. The tub itself is available in white, black, blue, light grey or dark grey. Planning to sink the tub into a deck? Choose the sunken version, supplied without the wooden cladding and steps.
Make it your own
Add wooden or polypropylene benches, wall and floor insulation, a wooden lid or an insulated leather lid, air bubbles, hydro massage, sand filtration in a wooden box and two or four LED lights. Smart Wi-Fi kits let you switch the massage, filter and electric heating from your phone. A drain tap with a garden-hose adapter makes emptying easy.
Planning your space
Allow for the outer size plus room for the steps, the stove and chimney, and access around the tub. A full tub weighs several tonnes, so it needs a firm, level base designed for the load. We are happy to help you choose the size and heating that fit your space.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose?
Count how many people will usually bathe together: 1,400 mm suits 3–4, 1,600 mm 4–6, 1,800 mm 6–8, 2,000 mm 8–10 and 2,200 mm more than 10. Then check that the outer size, plus room for the steps and stove, fits your space.
Which heating options are available?
External or internal wood-fired stove, 6 kW electric (9–15 kW on three-phase), wood and electric hybrids, wood and heat-pump hybrids, a 30 kW pellet stove, gas, the Rexener PR200 bioheater, or connections for your own heater.
Are the steps included?
Yes. Large A+ wooden steps come with every tub. The sunken version is supplied without the cladding and steps.
Which cladding needs the least care?
WPC in black or brown needs the least maintenance. Thermowood and larch weather well, spruce is the classic choice and oak gives the most premium look.
Is a lid included?
The lid is chosen as an option: a wooden round edge and wooden lid (spruce or Thermowood), or a polypropylene edge with an insulated leather lid.
Can I run it on a normal UK household supply?
The standard 6 kW electric heater runs on single-phase 220 V, 26 A, on a dedicated circuit fitted by an electrician. The 9, 12 and 15 kW heaters need a three-phase supply.
What base does it need?
A firm, level base that can carry several tonnes of water, the tub and the bathers. Ask a local builder to design it for your chosen size.
How is it delivered?
Choose the green zone (south of Leeds) or the yellow zone (north of Leeds, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Exeter and Plymouth) when you order.

Good morning Albert
Attached are two photo’s of the Hot Tub in its final position. It is now fully operational and getting used at the weekends by me and the neighbors. Everybody very happy and I am pretty sure that I can assure that it is the mostly westerly hot tub in Europe.
