TimberIN Nordic™ Thermowood Deluxe

TimberIN Nordic™ Thermowood Deluxe is a round wooden hot tub with Thermowood flooring, walls and benches. Four internal diameters are available: 1,600 mm for 4–6 people, 1,800 mm for 6–8, 2,000 mm for 8–10 and 2,200 mm for 10–14, with approximate volumes of 1,400–2,700 litres.

The UK selector pairs each size with 6 kW electric heating, a 22 kW external wood stove or a 26 kW internal wood stove. External or electric heating leaves seating around 360°; the internal stove leaves approximately 270° of seating.

Type A steps, benches, the wide rounded rim, a mixing paddle and a wooden lid are listed as included. Air massage, filtration, LEDs, Smart SPA controls and assembled or kit delivery can be selected. The UK insulated leather cover is offered for the external-heater configuration only.

Product Description

Thermowood throughout, with a wider Deluxe rim

The Deluxe model uses Thermowood for the floor, walls and benches. Its broad rounded upper rim and type A steps distinguish the build from the Basic wooden models. Select the diameter from the group you expect to use it, then account for the heater position and the wider upper edge when planning access.

All figures are approximate manufacturer data. The upper rim is 200 mm wider than the lower exterior diameter: use the upper measurement for gates, access and surrounding clearances. Capacity is indicative and depends on the users and heater position.

The three UK heating choices

Electric 6 kW; leaves approximately 360° of seating
External wood stove BFTS50, approximately 22 kW, AISI 316; leaves approximately 360° of seating
Internal wood stove BFTVD, approximately 26 kW, AISI 316; leaves approximately 270° of seating

The UK selector offers these three heaters across four diameters. Hybrid wood-and-electric variations listed on the FR product are not selectable here. The external stove needs additional space beside the tub; its indicative body dimensions are approximately 400 × 620 × 670 mm, with connections and safe access beyond that.

The FR technical information lists 220 V single-phase/32 A or 380 V three-phase/16 A arrangements for the 6 kW heater. Treat these as reference information: the supplied heater rating, UK supply and protective devices must be checked by a qualified electrician. No fixed heating time is specified; water temperature, weather, cover use and chosen size all affect warm-up.

Included equipment and cover choices

The UK included-equipment group lists type A steps, benches, the broad rounded upper rim, mixing paddle and wooden lid. Confirm the complete set in your order. The wooden lid is described in two sections weighing approximately 30–40 kg each; plan safe handling and storage.

An insulated leather lid is optional, but the current UK option explicitly restricts it to the external-heater configuration. Do not assume it is offered with internal or electric heating.

Options for everyday use

Air massage and lighting

Air massage with a box and either two or four LEDs are selectable. Hydromassage and UV are not offered in this UK configuration.

Filtration

A sand filter with a wooden box can be selected. Confirm the actual pump, connections and maintenance requirements.

Smart SPA

Wi-Fi controls are available for air massage, filtration and electric heating. They require the corresponding equipment; the controls alone do not add it.

Metal accessories

The selector offers an ash shovel, inner heater cover and chimney guard. Check compatibility with the chosen wood stove.

Base, drainage and access

Prepare a level base for the final filled load, including water, users and equipment. Empty weights alone do not determine the required foundation. Allow for the broad rim, external stove where selected, steps, cover handling and filtration box.

The UK drainage group lists an included bottom drain, with an external tap or a quick-connect adapter as additional choices. Plan a suitable discharge route before the tub is positioned.

Assembled or kit delivery

The UK selector offers assembled and kit delivery, with separate green- and yellow-zone charges. A kit affects the work and skills needed on site; confirm the assembly instructions and supplied components before choosing it. Confirm the delivery address, vehicle access, unloading arrangements and movement to the final base before ordering. The UK selector has no separate driver-unloading option; do not assume delivery includes final positioning.

Care and final order details

Request the maintenance instructions for the Thermowood tub, selected heater and accessories. Follow the supplied guidance for water quality, cleaning, timber care and frost protection. The source does not set out a complete maintenance calendar or product-specific warranty terms; confirm the applicable documents with the final order.

Choose Thermowood Deluxe for a timber interior and broad upper rim. Nordic Wooden Basic provides a spruce alternative with a different rim and equipment specification.

Frequently asked questions

The selected configuration, final drawing and accepted order documents take precedence for the product supplied.

Four internal diameters: 1,600, 1,800, 2,000 and 2,200 mm, with approximate capacities of 4–6, 6–8, 8–10 and 10–14 people.

Use the upper rim diameter: 1,880–2,480 mm depending on size. It is 200 mm wider than the lower exterior diameter.

6 kW electric, 22 kW external wood or 26 kW internal wood heating. There is no hybrid variation in this UK selector.

External and electric heating allow approximately 360° of seating. The internal stove reduces this to approximately 270°.

Confirm the rating and wiring diagram of the supplied 6 kW heater with a qualified electrician. Reference voltage and current figures do not replace the installation design.

No fixed time is specified. Size, starting temperature, weather, cover and heater all affect it.
