A round hot tub with a genuinely wooden interior
TimberIN Nordic™ Wooden Basic is a spruce hot tub in four sizes, with manufacturer capacities from 4 to 14 people depending on the version. The wood is more than decorative cladding: the floor, walls and benches touching the water are wooden, without a documented synthetic liner.
Choose the size, heater, steps, benches, lid, drain and accessories against the actual configuration and order summary.

Capacities, volumes and weights are approximate manufacturer figures. Choose for the usual group rather than an occasional maximum gathering: water volume rises from approximately 1,400 litres in the 1,600 mm tub to 2,700 litres in the 2,200 mm version.
Because the product is handmade, confirm critical access, construction and lifting dimensions on the final order drawing.
Spruce construction and bench layout
This Wooden Basic model is built in spruce. Timber choices seen in historical family information are not alternative wood selections on the current UK page.
The heater location changes the seating. An external heater preserves a 360° circular bench. The internal heater sits in the tub behind protection, occupies approximately a quarter of the circle and leaves 270° of bench seating.

The UK matrix pairs four diameters with these two wood-fired layouts. Electric, hybrid and heater-free variations are not current UK purchase choices. There is no separate electric-heater add-on on this page.
No fixed heating time is documented. The water volume, starting temperature, weather, fuel, cover and heater arrangement all influence heating, so a single duration would not reliably describe every size.
Equipment available in the UK configuration
This UK offer focuses on the wooden tub, wood heating and timber accessories. Filtration, massage, LEDs and Smart SPA controls are not selectable on this product page. Do not assume equipment seen in wider catalogue photographs is included.
The available metal accessories are an ash shovel and rake, a chimney guard and a stainless-steel heater lid for the internal heater only. A wooden mini-bar and wooden lid are separate options.
Wooden cover, steps and drainage
A wooden lid is available in the UK configurator. An insulated leather lid is not listed as an option here; any separately requested cover must be confirmed for the exact tub and heater layout before ordering.
The included-equipment group lists B-type wooden steps, benches and a paddle. The documented steps are approximately 500 mm wide, 550 mm deep and 500 mm high. Record the required equipment in the order.
Drainage choices are a bottom drain with stopper, an external tap, or an external tap with a quick adapter for 12.5 or 15 mm garden hoses. The bottom-stopper choice is labelled included; select the required arrangement in the order.
Confirm what is supplied
The add-on groups are not initially selected or mandatory. Do not infer steps, benches, paddle, cover, drain or stove accessories solely from a heading or image. The final quotation and order summary define the supplied equipment.
Installation, access and delivery
Start with the tub’s external diameter, then allow for steps, cover handling and, with external heating, a heater body of approximately 400 × 620 × 670 mm before connections and required clearances. Confirm foundation design, full operating load and safe distances for the actual configuration and site.
The UK page offers factory-assembled or flat-packed kit delivery for both green and yellow zones. Check access from the delivery point to the assembly site before selecting the format.
There is no separate driver-unloading assistance option in the UK selector. Agree unloading equipment and responsibilities, the route across the property and final placement before dispatch. A delivery-zone charge does not by itself include positioning on the base.
Why choose Wooden Basic?
Choose Wooden Basic for a spruce bathing interior, four documented round sizes, a choice of internal or external wood heating, and assembled or kit delivery. Internal heating keeps more of the equipment within the tub footprint; external heating preserves the complete bench circle.
Nordic Duo™ Wood instead offers a compact oval format for one or two people, with unheated use or an external heater. Wooden Basic suits groups starting at 4–6 people and offers the internal-heater alternative.

Timberin make a wonderful hot tub! I chose the Thermawood 1800mm model and it is just what I wanted, at a really good price. We happily get 6 adults in and could get more. It looks beautiful with lovely curved steps going up to it. My guests and friends just love it, and it has been in use almost continuously since the guys delivered it and I had a chance to fill and heat it. The heating is straightforward, and I can use up all sorts of waste wood on it which I can’t use in the log burners (wood with nails, softwood logs etc). I can really recommend Timberin.
