TimberIN Nordic™ Pellet Comfort – Wood Pellet Heated Hot Tub

From: £5,350

TimberIN Nordic™ Pellet Comfort – Wood Pellet Heated Hot Tub. Nordic Pellet Comfort brings automated pellet feeding to an 1800 or 2000 mm hot tub, with integrated and external heater layouts alongside selected conventional wood-fired choices. Pellet operation can reduce the repeated attention associated with log feeding, but it adds controls, electrical supply, fuel storage and service requirements. Choose diameter and heater position together so seating, outside equipment space, chimney access and the intended operating routine are accurately matched. Nordic Pellet Comfort is offered at 1,800 mm (4–6 people; about 1,300–1,400 litres depending on integrated/external layout) and 2,000 mm (6–8; about 1,500–1,550 litres). Smart pellet or wood-fired heaters can be integrated or external. Fibreglass/leather covers, insulation, massage, filtration, LEDs, smart spa control, liner colour and WPC/Thermowood exterior choices are live.

Product Description

Automated solid-fuel heating for four to eight people · Made-to-order outdoor hot tub

TimberIN Nordic™ Pellet Comfort – Wood Pellet Heated Hot Tub: pellet convenience with a choice of heater position

A different way to manage solid-fuel heat

Pellets offer consistent fuel size and support automatic feeding, making heat input easier to regulate than a manually loaded log fire. The system is still a combustion appliance and still requires a chimney, ash management, dry fuel storage and routine inspection. An integrated pellet heater keeps the installation compact but becomes closely tied to the shell and service layout. An external unit preserves bathing room and is easier to approach independently, though it needs additional ground space and approved connecting pipework. Conventional wood options remain relevant for owners who prefer simpler fuel handling.

Pellet and log layouts compared on the same two shells

Pellet Comfort uses the Wellness Neular shell in two sizes and four live heat arrangements. The technical sheet shows why heater position changes the figures: the 1,800 mm integrated build is about 1,300 litres, while its external counterpart is about 1,400; the 2,000 mm integrated build is about 1,500 litres and the external version about 1,550. Integrated smart-pellet assemblies also increase the delivered product weight significantly compared with a separate heater package.

1,800 integrated pellet/wood 4–6 bathers; approximately 1,300 L; 1,800/2,000 mm; up to about 350 kg with Neular/integrated equipment
1,800 external pellet/wood 4–6 bathers; approximately 1,400 L; 1,800/2,000 mm; approximately 150 kg tub plus heater package
2,000 integrated pellet/wood 6–8 bathers; approximately 1,500 L; about 2,042/2,240 mm; up to about 370 kg with integrated equipment
2,000 external pellet/wood 6–8 bathers; approximately 1,550 L; about 2,030/2,250 mm; approximately 150 kg tub plus heater package
Chimney Approximately 2,000 mm
External tap 1 inch AISI 316
Insulated leather cover Approximately 15 kg at 1,800; 20 kg at 2,000; 70 mm insulation

Pellets change the routine; heater position changes the architecture

A smart pellet heater offers a more metered fuel feed and controlled routine than hand-loading logs, but it needs dry pellets, power for controls/feed components and more mechanical maintenance. A conventional wood stove is simpler and gives the traditional fire ritual, with less automation. Integrated versions keep the outside outline compact and add mass within the shell; external versions preserve service independence and require side space and connecting pipework. The 1,800 mm size is the rational family choice; 2,000 mm suits genuinely regular six-to-eight-person use.

Decision Choices currently selectable
Diameter inside 1800 mm: 4-6 persons · 2000 mm: 6-8 persons
Stoves External pellet stove (SMART), 316-grade steel, chemical resistant · External wood-fired stove, 316-grade steel, chemical resistant · Integrated pellet stove (Smart), 316-grade steel, chemical resistant · Integrated wood-fired stove, 316-grade steel, chemical resistant

Match the spa package to the more sophisticated heater

Insulation and a leather cover help protect the convenience gained from pellet control. Filtration is particularly useful when the tub is kept warm between sessions, while massage and LEDs add experience at the cost of more powered systems. WPC exterior panels reduce routine timber finishing; Thermowood restores a natural material character but needs exterior care. Voice control may suit filter and massage circuits, but it does not remove fuel checks, ash maintenance or safe attendance at the pellet/wood heater.

What the current configurator identifies as included

Already included: (1) "WPC" type luxury stairs; (2) 316 type stainless steel for the heater; (3) Metal chimney grid

Included equipment is valuable because it establishes a usable baseline. Displayed builds may contain additional systems, so the accepted quotation should repeat every included item.

Type of lid

  • Fiberglass lid
  • Insulated leather lid (recommended)

Advantages: A fitted cover reduces debris and heat loss; an insulated leather cover is normally lighter to handle and more thermally effective than a plain timber lid.

Insulation

  • Wall insulation
  • Bottom insulation

Advantages: Wall and bottom insulation reduce heat loss from the water vessel and are particularly useful for frequent use, exposed sites and electric temperature holding.

SPA

  • Air bubble massage system
  • Hydro massage system
  • Sand filtration system with big wooden cover box
  • 2 LED
  • 4 LED (Recommended for 180 – 220 cm models)

Advantages: Air massage gives a gentle whole-tub effect, hydromassage provides firmer targeted jets, filtration supports retained-water use and LEDs improve evening visibility and atmosphere.

Smart SPA equipment add-ons (WiFi signal required)

  • Smart app – voice controlled system kit for air massage
  • Smart app – voice controlled system kit for water massage system
  • Smart app – voice controlled system kit for sand filter

Advantages: App control can schedule electric support and make filtration, air massage or hydromassage easier to prepare before a planned soak, with separate control applied only to the systems selected.

Inside color

  • White (RAL 9001)
  • Blue (RAL 5012)
  • Gray (RAL 7015)
  • Blue Pearl (RAL 7700)
  • Gray Pearl (RAL 7730)
  • Granite (RAL 9001)

Advantages: Liner colour lets the visible bathing shell coordinate with the garden and can make the water appear lighter, deeper or more neutral without changing the tub geometry.

Outside colour, material

  • Black
  • Thermo wood instead of WPC
  • Brown

Advantages: Spruce offers a light traditional finish; larch is denser and visually pronounced; Thermowood is darker and heat-treated; WPC gives a more uniform low-finish exterior where listed.

Water release type

  • External water tap (external wood-fired stove – the tap included in the stove; integrated wood-fired stove – tap in the bath)
  • External water tap + Quick adapter for garden hose set (12.5mm & 15mm)

Advantages: An external tap gives better control over discharge, while the quick hose adaptor helps route water away from foundations, neighbours and soft landscaping.

Smart fuel feed is not the same as a guaranteed warm-up

The linked sheet publishes volume and layout, not a fixed number of hours. A pellet feed can make firing more consistent, but actual heat transfer still depends on the selected 1,300–1,550-litre shell, starting temperature, cover, wind and heater condition. Use TimberIN’s general 2–3 hour warm-season and 4–6 hour cold-season guidance only as a broad planning range. Record the commissioned pellet consumption and real heating curve for the exact installed configuration.

Provide power, dry fuel and service access as well as a base

Confirm the electrical requirements for the feed mechanism, ignition and controls, and protect the supply appropriately for an outdoor wet environment. Store pellets dry; damp fuel can swell, crumble and interrupt reliable feeding. Keep the hopper, burner, ash areas and chimney accessible for cleaning and inspection. Select 1800 or 2000 mm around normal occupancy and expected heat-up energy, then add an insulated cover and filtration appropriate to usage. Commercial settings should document start-up, shutdown and maintenance rather than relying on one operator’s memory.

Before production: TimberIN products are individually made, so published measurements are approximate. Confirm the selected live variation, final dimensions, included equipment, service requirements, delivery method and any critical tolerances in the accepted written quotation. Photographs may show optional equipment.

In October 2019 I started the project "Extend our home by a Hot Tub for our garden". I compared many offerings from different producers (Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Lithuania) Finally the company TimberIN (Lithuania) convinced me with a very good internet website with many information, examples and a quite good configurator. Communication for ordering and after delivery was excellent. I appreciate the very fast response and competent answers to my questions. In the meanwhile the hot tub is a highlight in our garden and my family really enjoys the usage :-) Thank you TimberIN !!

Hi Albert, I just want to thank you and your team for a fantastic service and a 1st class product. I could not be happier with the end result. The team have been great from start to finish whether it was a question I had or any updates along the way. Even setting up the filtration system was straight forward thanks to the guide. If I ever get another hot tub, I know exactly where I will be coming for it. I’ve added a few photos now it’s all set up. Thanks again for everything. Stuart
