A pellet-heated hot tub built around four configurations
TimberIN Nordic™ Pellet Comfort combines a round fibreglass tub, exterior cladding and a SMART pellet heater. Choose a size for your usual group, then decide whether the heater should be integrated into the tub or positioned separately outside it. All four current configurations use a SMART pellet heater.

These are the manufacturer’s capacity ranges; comfort at the upper limit depends on the group. Weights are empty weights, excluding water, bathers and additional equipment. Dimensions are approximate, and some tables and drawings for the 2000 model differ by 10–12 mm. Use the final production drawing for access, foundation design and precise positioning.
Integrated or external SMART pellet heater
All four configurations specify an app-controlled heater in AISI 316 stainless steel. The integrated version avoids a separate heater footprint. The external unit occupies approximately 1,200 × 800 mm and provides 100 litres more water volume in the 1800 model or 50 litres more in the 2000 model. Consider both available space and water volume when choosing.
The SMART designation alone does not specify the app’s functions, heater output, electrical supply, hopper capacity, pellet consumption or heating time. Confirm these details in the quotation and manual for the heater ordered before preparing the site.
Fibreglass shell, cladding, colours and covers
The fibreglass shell is available in six finishes: white, blue, grey, blue pearl, grey pearl and granite, with colour references shown in the configurator. Choose black or brown WPC cladding, or thermowood instead of WPC.
Choose a fibreglass cover or a black insulated faux-leather cover. The latter is documented with 70 mm insulation: approximately 2,000 mm diameter and 15 kg for the smaller tub, or 2,250 mm and 20 kg for the larger tub. Wall and floor insulation are included at no extra charge in the UK configuration. Their material and thickness are not specified for this product.
Filtration, massage, LED lighting and Smart SPA
Select water-care and comfort equipment separately:
- Water-jet hydromassage.
- Air-bubble massage.
- Water filter with a large wooden enclosure.
- Two or four LED lights; the configurator recommends four for tubs measuring 180–220 cm.
- Smart SPA kits for the corresponding air massage, hydromassage or sand-filter system.
Each Smart SPA kit requires Wi-Fi and the corresponding system. Confirm jet counts, filter specifications, lighting modes and detailed smart-home compatibility with your configuration. No UV filter is currently offered on this product page; UV diagrams in broader family documentation do not make it an available option here.
Check the equipment in your order summary
The UK configurator lists WPC luxury steps, an AISI 316 heater and a chimney guard under “Already included”. Confirm that these appear in the final summary and quotation, together with your chosen cover, included wall and floor insulation, SPA equipment, colours, drain fitting and delivery arrangement.
Prepare the site, drainage and connections
Allow room beyond the tub’s diameter for the steps, cover handling, chimney, drain and maintenance access. The external version also needs space for the approximately 1,200 × 800 mm heater. A filter enclosure is illustrated at approximately 800 × 700 × 600 mm. The documented drain tap is AISI 316 stainless steel, 1 inch / 25 mm, with an optional connector for a 12.5 or 15 mm hose.
The filled operating load, foundation specification, safety clearances and electrical circuit requirements are not provided for the exact installation. Have these confirmed before starting work. The final drawing and manuals take precedence for the unit ordered.
Plan the delivery
The main packages for integrated models are approximately 1,300 × 2,100 × 2,100 mm for the 1800 and 1,300 × 2,300 × 2,300 mm for the 2000. External versions have a tub package plus separate heater and equipment packages. Confirm package dimensions, orientation, weights, unloading and final placement before arranging access.
The UK delivery selector currently offers a £198 green zone south of Leeds and a £429 yellow zone covering the listed northern and other areas, including Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Exeter and Plymouth. Delivery information specifies an 18 m / 40-tonne lorry, with a possible smaller 3.5-tonne vehicle in London. Check your address, vehicle access and unloading arrangements before ordering; moving the tub from the delivery point to its final base must be planned separately.

Which sizes and capacities are available?
The nominal 1800 model is rated for 4–6 people and measures approximately 2,000 mm externally. The nominal 2000 model is rated for 6–8 people and measures approximately 2,240–2,250 mm externally. Dimensions are approximate; the final drawing must confirm any critical measurement.
What is the difference between the integrated and external heaters?
The integrated heater stays within the main tub envelope. The external heater is a separate unit approximately 1,200 × 800 mm. It also leaves more water volume: 1,400 rather than 1,300 litres in the 1800 model, or 1,550 rather than 1,500 litres in the 2000.
Can the heater be controlled through an app?
Yes. All four current configurations specify an app-controlled SMART pellet heater. Confirm the exact app functions and network requirements in the manual for the controller supplied.
What heater output and electrical supply are required?

Is wood-fired heating available on this page?

No. The stated weights are for the empty tub or heater. The foundation must support the actual load with 1,300–1,550 litres of water, bathers and all equipment. Have the operating load and foundation design validated for the exact configuration.
Which maintenance instructions and warranty apply?
The exact product documentation does not provide a complete published schedule for the heater, water, cladding and winter storage. Request the manuals and warranty terms for the precise tub and options ordered. The contract and supplied documents remain decisive.
