Product Description
Automated solid-fuel heating for four to eight people · Made-to-order outdoor hot tub
TimberIN Nordic™ Pellet Comfort – Wood Pellet Heated Hot Tub: pellet convenience with a choice of heater position
A different way to manage solid-fuel heat
Pellets offer consistent fuel size and support automatic feeding, making heat input easier to regulate than a manually loaded log fire. The system is still a combustion appliance and still requires a chimney, ash management, dry fuel storage and routine inspection. An integrated pellet heater keeps the installation compact but becomes closely tied to the shell and service layout. An external unit preserves bathing room and is easier to approach independently, though it needs additional ground space and approved connecting pipework. Conventional wood options remain relevant for owners who prefer simpler fuel handling.
Pellet and log layouts compared on the same two shells
Pellet Comfort uses the Wellness Neular shell in two sizes and four live heat arrangements. The technical sheet shows why heater position changes the figures: the 1,800 mm integrated build is about 1,300 litres, while its external counterpart is about 1,400; the 2,000 mm integrated build is about 1,500 litres and the external version about 1,550. Integrated smart-pellet assemblies also increase the delivered product weight significantly compared with a separate heater package.
| 1,800 integrated pellet/wood | 4–6 bathers; approximately 1,300 L; 1,800/2,000 mm; up to about 350 kg with Neular/integrated equipment |
|---|---|
| 1,800 external pellet/wood | 4–6 bathers; approximately 1,400 L; 1,800/2,000 mm; approximately 150 kg tub plus heater package |
| 2,000 integrated pellet/wood | 6–8 bathers; approximately 1,500 L; about 2,042/2,240 mm; up to about 370 kg with integrated equipment |
| 2,000 external pellet/wood | 6–8 bathers; approximately 1,550 L; about 2,030/2,250 mm; approximately 150 kg tub plus heater package |
| Chimney | Approximately 2,000 mm |
| External tap | 1 inch AISI 316 |
| Insulated leather cover | Approximately 15 kg at 1,800; 20 kg at 2,000; 70 mm insulation |
Pellets change the routine; heater position changes the architecture
A smart pellet heater offers a more metered fuel feed and controlled routine than hand-loading logs, but it needs dry pellets, power for controls/feed components and more mechanical maintenance. A conventional wood stove is simpler and gives the traditional fire ritual, with less automation. Integrated versions keep the outside outline compact and add mass within the shell; external versions preserve service independence and require side space and connecting pipework. The 1,800 mm size is the rational family choice; 2,000 mm suits genuinely regular six-to-eight-person use.

Smart fuel feed is not the same as a guaranteed warm-up
The linked sheet publishes volume and layout, not a fixed number of hours. A pellet feed can make firing more consistent, but actual heat transfer still depends on the selected 1,300–1,550-litre shell, starting temperature, cover, wind and heater condition. Use TimberIN’s general 2–3 hour warm-season and 4–6 hour cold-season guidance only as a broad planning range. Record the commissioned pellet consumption and real heating curve for the exact installed configuration.
Provide power, dry fuel and service access as well as a base
Confirm the electrical requirements for the feed mechanism, ignition and controls, and protect the supply appropriately for an outdoor wet environment. Store pellets dry; damp fuel can swell, crumble and interrupt reliable feeding. Keep the hopper, burner, ash areas and chimney accessible for cleaning and inspection. Select 1800 or 2000 mm around normal occupancy and expected heat-up energy, then add an insulated cover and filtration appropriate to usage. Commercial settings should document start-up, shutdown and maintenance rather than relying on one operator’s memory.
Before production: TimberIN products are individually made, so published measurements are approximate. Confirm the selected live variation, final dimensions, included equipment, service requirements, delivery method and any critical tolerances in the accepted written quotation. Does the displayed price include every option for TimberIN Nordic™ Pellet Comfort – Wood Pellet Heated Hot Tub?
Not necessarily. The displayed amount follows the current base or selected configuration. Size, material, heater, equipment, delivery and installation choices can change the total; the basket, quotation or written order is the final commercial record.
What should be confirmed before delivery of TimberIN Nordic™ Pellet Comfort – Wood Pellet Heated Hot Tub?
Choose the normal occupancy and shell size first; nominal capacity is not a comfort guarantee for every body size. Select heater position and fuel after checking usable seating, firebox access, chimney route and any electrical supply. Confirm delivery access, a level load-bearing base, safe filling and drainage, and the intended winter operating routine. Final dimensions, included equipment and site responsibilities should be confirmed before production or dispatch.

In October 2019 I started the project “Extend our home by a Hot Tub for our garden”. I compared many offerings from different producers (Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Lithuania)
Finally the company TimberIN (Lithuania) convinced me with a very good internet website with many information, examples and a quite good configurator.
Communication for ordering and after delivery was excellent. I appreciate the very fast response and competent answers to my questions.
In the meanwhile the hot tub is a highlight in our garden and my family really enjoys the usage 🙂
Thank you TimberIN !!
Hi Albert,
I just want to thank you and your team for a fantastic service and a 1st class product. I could not be happier with the end result. The team have been great from start to finish whether it was a question I had or any updates along the way. Even setting up the filtration system was straight forward thanks to the guide. If I ever get another hot tub, I know exactly where I will be coming for it. I’ve added a few photos now it’s all set up.
Thanks again for everything.
